    Dine among the vines at this pleasant restaurant housed in a cottage on the slopes of the Cowra Estate winery, just a short trip out of the centre of town.  The Quarry reps a handful of local wineries including Kalari, Spring Ridge and Swinging Bridge, allowing you to taste a selection before sitting down to eat.  Distinctive Kalari verdelho is the perfect match for chilli, garlic and lime prawns with dollops of fresh red pesto - a beautifully presented starter with just enough bite - while Rosnay Organic sparkling livens up baked garlic mussels with pesto, lemon and garlic crumble.  A marinated lamb rump with light soy, ginger and garlic plays well with the Rosnay Organic Triple Blend red, and the rich flavours of seared scallop on pork belly are balanced by a tower of fresh coriander and rocket.  Paul Loveridge mans the kitchen while his wife, Anne, cranks out scene stealing desserts such as a chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice-cream.
